I help Advisors by first helping them clarify what challenges they are facing today and will face in the future. Many Advisors don’t get to interact with other Advisors on a regular basis, so I consider it a privilege to meet with hundreds of Advisors and get to understand their businesses. I try to take those interactions, figure out what lessons can be learned from them, and apply them to the challenges and opportunities that the Advisor and I have defined together.
When I’m not working, I love to get out and spend time with my family. We like to watch sports, take in live music and spend time outdoors around a pool or river. When I’m on vacation, you’re more likely to find me on a patio in Texas than in a tropical destination.
